Reveal Apartments

I transferred to Reveal from a different Essex property and I’ve gotta give a shout out to Chantalll, Liz, and Ivan for being so helpful. My husband and I met with Liz the day before we moved in and she made sure that we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Ivan held our hand through the lease process and he made sure that we had support to complete all our documents before moving in. Ivan has been our point of contact and he addresses our concerns in a timely manner. Thanks everyone!

I lived here for about a year, I agree with most of the reviews. Higher management seems to neglect tenants needs. Hiking up rent up to 10% yearly is unreasonable from the lack of amenities and lack of safety… we have had packages stolen from time to time. They do not offer Amazon lockers like most luxury apartments. For a place to call themselves luxury apartment, it is a bit underwhelming. The gym and amenities are subpar. There are no management at the facility besides the maintenance staff… very grateful for them as they always attend to your needs in a timely manner and always making sure your needs are met! Thanks Jorge and Oscar! They were very helpful during our stay there. This was the only pro I would say that I appreciated. Overall, if you are truly looking for a place that is more luxurious and gives you better amenities for the price, look elsewhere! This apartment complex is huge therefore it is hard for each tenant’s needs to be met and the price is unbelievably expensive for what you get. One year of staying there was enough for me to realize, there are other nicer places that are safer and truly a luxury. Reveal however, is not it.

I was working with Ivan and he was very helpful through the whole process. Everytime I called he would be willing to help and have answers to any questions I may had. the community is beautiful. Love the various outdoor spaces and the fact it’s gated. Adds a lot more comfort and protection for my kids. Everymorning I would see the maintenance crew cleaning all the grills on the property very thoroughly which gave me piece of mind when thinking about grilling. and my dog loves the dog parks on the property.

Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from these people. They charged us a non compliance fee for renters insurance when we’ve had it and paid it in full FOR THE ENTIRE LEASE. After sending over the declaration page multiple times and uploading it on their “getcovered” app they claimed they never got it? Thankfully Iv saved every single email and phone call. Fast forward to October they reported the non compliance fees to our credit and it sunk both of our credit and were still going in circles with them. We’ve called and spoke to Ivan 3 times and each time “general manager will look into it and get it handled” never got it handled. To Ashley, you actually never called. We called several times to speak to you and no one ever answers.

Tenant safety is not important to management. From a maniac neighbor chasing me around the car garage to a break-in attempt at my apartment, safety concerns are ignored as long as residents can stay alive to have their rent jacked up 9-10% a year. While no landloard can be expected to prevent crime, they are absolutely aware that MULTIPLE break-in attempts have occurred in the back alley where there is no fence and have made no improvements to the back alley security. If you move here, get home security and a job that promises you at 10% raise every year. The apartment was nice, though.
